Question 1: Are your appliances new or used?
We specialize in overstock and open-box appliances. Many are brand-new in box, while some may have minor cosmetic blemishes but are fully tested and functional.
Question 2: Can I reserve an item before I buy?
To keep things fair, all appliances are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Early access is available to Investor Program members.
Question 1: Why are your prices so low?
We work directly with suppliers to buy overstock, discontinued, and open-box appliances at wholesale prices — and we pass those savings on to you.
Question 2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and most digital payment options. Financing options may also be available — ask us for details.

Question 1: Do you offer delivery?
Yes, local delivery is available for an additional fee. Pickup is always free from our warehouse location.
Question 2: How soon can I pick up my appliance after purchase?
In most cases, same-day pickup is available during business hours.
Question 1: Do appliances come with a warranty?
No, our appliances do not come with a warranty unless you are in our Investor Program in which case every appliance includes a free 30-day warranty. Investors also have the option to upgrade to 60 or 90 days at a low cost.
Question 2: What if my appliance stops working?
We offer replacement or refund only if the appliance is not as described when purchased. You have 48 hours to reach out to us if the appliance is not as described when purchased.

Question 1: Who qualifies for the Investor Program?
Real estate flippers, property managers, and rental owners who buy appliances regularly.
Question 2: What are the benefits of joining?
Members get 10% off every purchase, early access to new stock, a free 30-day warranty, and monthly inventory alerts.
Question 3: How do I join?
Simply fill out the Investor Program application form on our website. Membership is free for qualifying investors.
